1. Controller and scope
The data controller is Christian Pucci, based in Savignano sul Rubicone (FC), Italy, and reachable at minimac@minimamente.com. This policy applies to www.wikyphone.com and its public pages. Services reached through outbound merchant or affiliate links operate under their own privacy policies.
2. Data processed
Technical and security data
When you request a page, hosting and security infrastructure may process IP address, date and time, requested URL, response status, user agent, referring page and security events. This is necessary to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose faults and maintain availability.
Preferences stored on your device
WikyPhone uses browser local storage for language, visual theme, phones selected for comparison and screen calibration. These values normally remain on your device until you change them or clear site data.
Advertising and consent
WikyPhone uses Google AdSense to fund the service. Google and participating advertising vendors may place or read cookies, use web beacons or process IP address, browser and device information, ad impressions and interactions, fraud-prevention signals and consent choices to deliver, limit, personalise and measure advertising. In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, WikyPhone uses Google's certified consent platform so advertising technologies are applied according to the choice you make.
Audience measurement
WikyPhone uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, navigation and use of the catalog. Depending on configuration and consent, this can include page and interaction events, approximate location, browser and device information and a first-party client identifier. Consent Mode defaults advertising and analytics storage to denied and receives the choice made through Google's consent platform. When analytics storage is denied, Analytics does not store its client identifier cookie, although Google tags may send limited cookieless consent and measurement signals. Reports are used in aggregate to improve content, performance and usability.
Google Search Console
WikyPhone uses Google Search Console as an administrative tool to understand how pages appear in Google Search, including aggregated or privacy-filtered queries, impressions, clicks, positions, indexing and technical diagnostics. Search Console does not add a separate visitor-side analytics script or cookie to WikyPhone; it reports information collected by Google in connection with its search and crawling services.
Messages you send
If you email WikyPhone, the message, address and any information you include are processed to answer the request and keep an appropriate record of the exchange. WikyPhone does not provide user accounts, comments or public profiles.
3. Purposes, legal bases and retention

4. Recipients, hosting and international transfers
WikyPhone is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process network and security data as a service provider. Advertising, audience measurement and Search Console reporting are provided by Google and participating vendors according to the service and, where applicable, your consent choice. Read how Google uses information from partner sites. Cloudflare publishes information about its privacy practices and GDPR safeguards, including contractual transfer mechanisms where required. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and security. WikyPhone does not sell personal data.
5. Affiliate links and external websites
Some product links may be affiliate links. WikyPhone may receive a commission if you visit a merchant or complete a purchase, without increasing your price. The destination website can receive the URL request and apply its own cookies or tracking only after you leave WikyPhone. Review that provider's policy before using its service.
6. Your choices and rights
You can change language, theme, comparison selections, screen calibration, advertising consent and analytics consent at any time. Use “Privacy and cookie settings” in the footer to reopen Google's controls, or delete local site data through your browser. The Cookie Policy lists the browser technologies in more detail. Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
Send requests to minimac@minimamente.com. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
7. Children, security and changes
WikyPhone is a general information service and is not directed to children for the collection of personal data. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, although no Internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
